*All incentives are subject to lender criteria, the amount that Arbora will agree to pay will be based on a fixed rate cap of up to 6% and will be no more than 5% of the purchase price of the property, this will be a one off payment and the amount will be deducted from the completion statement. The offer must be agreed at the time of reservation, no retrospective claims will be considered. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
