Arbora Homes welcomes Sean Broster as the new Production Director to assist with the company’s growth plans of delivering high-quality homes in aspirational locations.
Sean brings with him almost 35 years of experience in the construction and house-building industry. Starting as an apprentice bricklayer in 1988, he progressed into surveying and commercial departments of partnerships and construction for two decades. Sean has worked in production roles within house building and development teams for the last ten years. His most recent role as Production Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern has prepared him well for his new position at Arbora Homes, where he will be responsible for technical, estimating, surveying, buying, construction, and overall production.
When asked about Arbora Homes’ future growth plans, the new Production Director expressed confidence in the company’s ability to achieve its goals through its high standards and the quality of its employees. He emphasised that he is looking forward to being a part of a successful business and having fun along the way.
Arbora Homes was formed in 2015 and currently builds stunning, aspirational homes in sought after locations in North and East London, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. The senior leadership team is pleased to have Sean join as Production Director and looks forward to the contribution he will make to the organisation’s continued success.
