Our first development has commenced, The Salting’s, located in Maldon, Essex. This consists of 8 detached houses. Comprising 3 different house types, six 4-bedroom properties and two 3-bedroom properties.

We aim to have Plots 1, 2 & 3 built by the end of December 2017. Works started on Monday 31st of July with our chosen supply chain partners and we are delighted with how work is progressing on the site.

Plots 1-3 have been handed to the bricklayers to commence superstructures as of the last week in September. Plot 4 foundations will be started in the next week or so and the substructure to plots 5, 6 & 7 are complete!
