Michael holds a proven track record in identifying, acquiring and delivering residential development schemes and leads the Arbora Homes Team. Drawing from over a decades worth of experience in the house building sector, five years of which were with CALA Homes, Michael assists the company in achieving its ambitious growth plans and ultimately delivering high quality homes in sustainable locations.

Susie is a business leader with a proven track record in growth and innovation with a commitment to sustainability, innovation and community engagement. With a strong focus on collaboration, integrity and achieving long-term results, Susie balances strategic vision with practical execution.

Charlotte joined Arbora Homes in 2021, bringing a wealth of development management experience following her time at AECOM in London, overseeing multi-million-pound projects in the residential, cultural, commercial and educational sectors.

Charlotte has successfully delivered several schemes, notably the Arcelor Mittal Orbit at the Olympic Park, as well as numerous project for Land Securities, Berkeley Homes and the National Theatre.

Maria O’Connor has been the Finance Manager at Arbora Homes since 2023, bringing over a decade of financial expertise to the role. Prior to joining Arbora Homes, Maria spent seven years working in a busy accountancy practice, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and client management across various sectors.

A qualified AAT accountant since 2015, Maria is passionate about delivering accurate financial insights and supporting the sustainable growth of Arbora Homes. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach make her a key asset to the company’s financial operations.
